Adam has worked in a range of senior Risk & Compliance roles over the last 17 years. His first roles in insurance were account handling, account management, then operational oversight, culminating in a move to his first pure Compliance role with Marsh in 2005. Over the next few years, he covered several business areas including London market business, corporate/commercial and personal lines. After joining Integro in 2013 he progressed to senior leadership positions including Risk & Compliance Director and Chief Risk Officer roles within Ardonagh, then returning to Integro/Tysers to help oversee a significant acquisition. Aside for the technical strengths including, but not limited to, financial crime remediation, SMCR, governance reviews, acquisition/integration oversight, conduct risk and enterprise risk management, Adam has successfully built effective Risk & Compliance teams on several occasions. Adam is a firm believer that people skills are a major attribute and integral to the ability to forge effective relationships with stakeholders.
