Harvey joined Padda Consulting in 2013, Harvey has worked for a number of firms across the insurance sector primarily focussed on general compliance support comprising of Financial Crime Screening, Conduct Risk, Regulatory Returns and Complaints handling. Harvey has been working on a project directly associated with the Future of Lloyd’s Strategy with a focus on the digitalisation of Member and Third Party Capital onboarding due diligence. Harvey also supports Lead associates on research, policy and process development. More recently Harvey has supported Complaints and Conduct teams at insurers to manage their additional workloads.
Prior to working at Padda Consulting Harvey worked for Starr where he worked on general Compliance, Conduct Risk and Licensing
